Insuring your greenhouse...

Hello all,
I've debated about putting this in the gh forum or here in the advanced forum, thought that it might get more traffic/advice here:
I own a range (1/2 acre with "commercial" greenhouse, about 1000 sq ft) about an hour from where I live; I don't live on-site, nor does anyone else; it's just the greenhouse in an area zoned ag. Any thoughts on insuring it? I'm only interested in insuring the structure; I don't have an "extensive" enough collection to consider crop insurance.

call your insurance agent seem to me to be the only way to get what you want info wise.

If it wasnt professionally built with documentation they wont insure the structure at all.

As my GH is on the property with my home, it is covered under my homeowners policy.

That, unfortunately, does not include damage due to freezing, as I learned the hard way in 1994...
