Love how that looks!! I have 3 varieties. Plain green, super variegated (white and green) and variegated (yellow and green). I need a bigger greenhouse.

Any tips on care? I read they like moisture so I put some moss in some of the crevices of the driftwood. It is a cutting, so I sprinkled cinnamon on the cut and just put it on the driftwood.
Any feedback is appreciated.

Serenity there's already long talks about Vanilla and even a social group (left column). So the magical button search will do wonders.
If you have any question more specific…
BTW, I grow now 12 species, and soon 15.

They do seem to like moisture. Have only had these cuttings for a few months. I had some of the same types for almost a year before that, but the breaker in the greenhouse failed on a very cold night and I am now starting over. Light, moisture and lots of time. I have heard they need to get quite long before they will flower.

I have 2 and I keep them damp but not wet, with lots of bright light, there in hanging pots with orchid mix, my green one is over 8 feet long and my variegated yellow and green is just about 2 feet long.

I haven't had any blooms on them yet, I keep hoping that some day I'll get a bloom or 2

I need more light… my planifolia (about 30 m) is right next to the best place I can give (west window) but it's still not enough.
Vanilla are hungry/thirsty when growing, and really DON'T like cold (under 16°) on wet roots = rot.
Never treat them as epiphyte, they will be very sad indeed. Keep them terrestrial (they are hemi-epiphyte).
