Summer blooming Phal's

I had great success with my winter blooming Phal's nine out of nine bloomed nicely. I have four summer bloomers that do not do as well. Anyone have any advice to get them to bloom as nicely. At this time I have them all on the same shelf in a window SE direction. When it finally gets warm I will move them outside for the summer. I live in. Long Island NY zone 7. The Phal's are
Sumatrana
siam's Treasure
Blue Jay
And a Dtps. Lucia Pink (mericlone)
If I have some success with the summer bloomer's I will probably get a couple more this season. Thank you in advance !
