I also doubt this is a Ca deficiency, although one cannot say for sure it is not because different plants show Ca deficiency in quite different ways, and yellowing is one symptom in certain plants.
I just don't think your particular orchid is studied enough for correct symptoms. I could be wrong.
If you bought this plant not too long ago, then, yeah it probably is not suffering from any deficiency.
I had gone one full year without fertilizing at all and all my orchids did wonderfully well.
Now, I recommend using fertilizer that comes with "trace elements" and you won't have to worry about deficiency at all. You might have to worry about over doing it, so go very "thin".
Dilute more than what the label says and fertilize infrequently. Less is more in this department. lol
