Amazing forum!
I am a member of 3 other types of forums.
One is very slow but a great bunch of people.
Two others are very good and I have been a member for some time. One of them in particular I did not think it could be bettered but I am wrong.
The broad depth of information, the friendliness and excellent good manners........Thank you to all.

That's truly incredible, two tons? It would be awesome to see it in the wild? I am also wondering why it's only bloomed twice...Plant says, "Do you see how much I have to take care of? Do you see how big I am? Duh!!"

The article said that they believe it has only bloomed twice because the green house it is in gets quite cool in the winter and it may be just a bit too cool for blooming that species.

@RandomGemini huh, that's interesting, I can only imagine the amount of spikes that it would have if it did not get to cool. Talk about a display!
