I got this little guy from Love Phals with a few other orchids I purchased from her. She tossed him in free since he just wasn't very happy.
I stuck him in a small square pot with some sphagnum moss and some chunk fir and his little leaf has gotten bigger. My question is now what do I do with him? Does he want a small pot to grow in and I'm guessing I'll stick with the media. He's really come along since I brought all the orchids inside for the winter. He's under a 4 bulb T8 fixture with 4800K bulbs.
Psychopsis tend to bloom best after they fill their pot, whatever size it is. And they sometimes react badly to being repotted. He's set for a few years.
I agree with the above. They don't really like to be repotted often. I keep mine very moist. Yours looks a bit shriveled so might like a bit more water.
