Hmmmm, I think my Bulb. medusae and whichever of my minature pendulous cymbidiums I could grab quickly. I'd wish that I had a little red wagon and the time to fill that with favorites.

You have mini Cyms?

Could you give us the names of some...they might be good suggestions for our upcoming project!

That threw me at first but i guess Sarah Jean 'Ice Cascade' would be a mini-Cym? This is it on th left sitting next to a standard pendulous Tom Thumb 'Chit Chat'. Both are fullsize.

Thanks for the info...they might still be too large for some folks in the project

I did find these...but they're all cool growers

Oh Sue! I want to grow a cym so bad but do not have the room. Those miniatures sound perfect, huh? The Temperature Tolerant means your area could tackle these, right? Good one to have on the list...I love the dusty rose also. Thanks for the info. Awesome! kiki

Check out Hatfield Orchids. He has many wonderful mini-cyms; upright or pendulous. Also Santa Barbara Orchid Estate. If you subscribe to their 'Orchid of the Day' email list they send you a picture of a different orchid in bloom each day. Recently they've offered several beautiful mini's. Hope this helps...

Three years ago three huricanes moved thru Florida and it was not easy to decide which plants to protect the most. Is it the ones I have bloomed and loved or the ones that havnt bloomed and I want to see. Next time will it be the Phrag Kovotchii cross that hasnt bloomed yet or something else. My 2500 cymbidiums are next to a fence and one of the huricanes took out three huge oaks trees and the fence. without blowing over a single cymbidium! Maybe someone looks out for us - I often wonder?
