I see them up there often for sale. If they are not properly given intermediate stages from those flasks to what they need to be outside of the flask (and there is a critical step for this) then they likely will all die.
Good luck to anyone who buys them, but there is a lot to do if you want them to make it.

Here is what it looks like as of 17 August 2014.
Hopefully in perhaps 4 weeks the stems will be long enough so the buds can be induced to form.
I'm using this forum really as an online diary & to give people a realistic perspective on how fast/slow these orchids grow.

Dendrophylax lindenii
The bud has started to form, it should be in bloom about October 20th.
I will activate the other flower spike to form a bud in about 7 days so the flowers are staggered.
Will post a pic up later on Sunday once the bud pops it's head out fully from the sheath.

Buds forming
The ETA of the first flower is 17 October and the second flower around 25 October .
