I have epi/eco web but can't use it with my watering habits. I have been eyeing my greener 3M scrubbing pad made with agave (ayate) fibers. I also have thought about using ayate washcloths but they shrink too much when dry. In either case, it would be cost prohibitive.

Accurate and important, +1

And, I use huge, top of the line natural sea sponges for the bath. They retain water like crazy; even when squeezed out after use, I put them near a window to dry out, and it takes time for them to completely dry.
