Dendrobium care during Winter question

I have quite a few Dendrobiums and I am quite confused regarding which of my collection should have a rest during Autumn/Winter. Could a fellow board member advise me which of the following should be left to hibernate.
Dend. Lindleyi
Dend. Speciosum
Dend. Phalenopsis
Eulophia Keithii
Dend. Aphyllum
Dend. Anosmum

Much appreciate any advice.

Definitely the lindleyi and the speciosum require a cool dry rest. I don't keep any of the others on your list.

Are all Dendrobiums that need their respective winter rests. It is not 100% dry, but it is significantly drier than the spring/summer months.

Eulophia keithii (aka Eulophia andamanensis has a light winter rest. What I mean is, they still need to be watered, but less during the winter months. It is not completely dry, and it is not as dry as you should provide winter rests as per the above mentioned Dendrobiums; it's a bit wetter.

I am with Philip on this....

but the rest period is not that drastic holding off water completely for two months....
you water it every 10 days in winter but in the summer water it everyday or every other day depending on the humidity in the atmosphere of your grow zone.
And, you have to hold fertilizer for two months unless you want more keikis instead of flowers....

Ok I live in tropical Singapore, with no winters but different rain, wind and sun conditions with year round temperatures ranging from 26C to 35C. I have the anosmum - which will grow all throughout but will only bloom once a year around Easter. I guess these lots of dendrobiums take a 'rest' here and only bloom once a year, ie those which in temperate climates would need a winter rest. The Phaleanopsis is perennial here, blooming all year round. It is so common here I don't bother to keep any plant. The rest are a bit rarer. I don't have the speciosum or the lindleyi. I just thought sharing this info about how they grow in my climate may inform everyone about the differences in temperate climates and how sensitive different dendrobiums could be. for eg, the Phaleanopsis probably needs warmth and humidity all year round.

Yes Debra, it is very steamy there isn't it. I was there in February this year. Thank you for your input.
Yes the Dend. Phal. is still flowering here in our winter. Temp at moment 17 - 25 C.
