Default catasetums post winter sleep

This is my first post winter sleep with my orchids and I have some questions about how I should proceed.

Some of my catasetums have started vigorous growths.
Some have even started multiple growths. What do you do if one growth is at 3 inches or better and the smaller growth is say 1.5 inches on the other bulb how would you proceed?

Should I start watering since the largest growth has an explosion of roots growing as does the smaller one on the smaller back bulb what should I do I have 1 or 2 of these happening and am confused on how I should proceed.

Oh. I dont want to split them either the smaller bulb is probably getting energy assistance.from the bigger one still.

I'm no expert on this, and want to hear from the experienced as well.

I do have two plants in this plant group that are waking up from their short sleep.

I have kept both of them on the dry side, but when I see slight wrinkles on the pb, I watered them. then they both plumped right back up. This was recommended from someone in one of the older threads.

One of the two has a new shoot that is now about 3 inches tall and quite a few roots. I have been treating them all the same. Heavily mist or water when the mix dries up or when I see slight wrinkles on the pb.

So far so goo with no rots at all.

Catasetums often start growing at the end of the dry season, which is the dryest time of the year. They are adapted to wait for the rain to set in. After some time, when the roots start to enter the medium, you can start watering with rainwater. Just enough to keep the medium a little moist. Simultaneously raise temperature a bit. Do so for 3-4 weeks. But avoid heavy watering and constant wet feet.
