Do you watch out for the blooms when misting/watering?

No. I dunk the orchids when I water/fertilize, but in between they get misted 3-4 times a day for 5 seconds. That keeps humidity above 90% Mine don't have any fragrance (to me) so I don't worry about wetting the blossom. I'd recommend not wetting yours till you know whether it has frangrance. If it does, and you want that to continue, avoid wetting flower.
