Okay! The new additions to my collection are:
Bulbophyllum caraunculatum v. sulawesi. I did not ask if this plant was blooming size, or if it had a stinky smell before I purchased it, but once I saw pictures of the flower that was it. I wanted to try it. Then I found out that this one may have an… "odor" to it. I'm not sure I care… at least, not yet:
Dracula lotax (in spike!)
Coelogyne usitana:
This is the plant I know the least about, if anyone is familiar with this one and has some tips for me, I would appreciate a PM!
phalaenopsis bellina var.coerulea
Dendrobium cuthbertsonii (pink)
And this pink oncidium sharry baby. The spike was problematic to pack into the back of my car. I'm surprised it made it home in tact.
Thanks for looking!

Wonderful haul! It's always nice to bring home one in bloom too. I like instant gratification.

Thanks! They were so nice, I love orchid people! Took me on a tour of the greenhouse, very patient with my questions and encouraged me to email if I had anymore that I thought of. The sharry baby was a freebie and I'm so glad that he threw it in. I have one already, but I love it so much that I'm thrilled to have two!

Gemini, I thought you were practicing for when you have to chid-sit your daughter's plants. I don't think this is practicing anymore!

Since everyone knows it never ends with me anyway, so what to heck. Did buy many, but my recent purchase is from Seattle Orchids, I found some that I just must add to my collection:
Dendrobium cucumerinum - I mean, the bloom is awesome looking, but what's more, I LOVE THIS "PICKLE", it is so adorable just by itself, that this one will be perfect on the mount even without any blooms!
Bulbophyllum ecornutum - new baby to my Bulbo collection, I could not resist this shape and color of it's blooms!
Cymbidiella rhodochila - did you see that color of it's blooms??? - THAT'S WHY!
Ancistrochilus rothschildianus - I just saw it for the first time in my life today on they Facebook website, and it took me 5 seconds to place the order (bad thing when you have your credit card saved in your account I guess). Deciduous and totally amazing!

I'm sure you'll be pleased with your order. Seattle Orchids is where I shopped for orchids this weekend and I loved them. They were super nice and their plants look very loved.

RandomGemini, I love Seattle orchids, I do shop from them pretty often and always with a pleasure! I had quite a few of my pics posted on their Facebook page as well:-))) They do have some rare orchids from time to time, and I go for them, if they are for my climate:-)

I have, accidentally, I assure you, just ordered my first (and probably only) Neofinetia baby (is it capital "N" or not?)... A member of the Swedish orchid forum had posted a beautiful picture of a Neofinetia falcata Yubae. The flowers are orange-ish and purplish in colour, and just stunning... And expensive... So I hope I won't kill it.
