I LOVE it!!
But I'd be alarmed if it were mine, yes. You say the plant doesn't have any leaves? It's stressed then, and won't be able to photosynthesize so well. A severely stressed plant will sometimes throw out blooms as a sort of swan song; it's a last ditch effort to reproduce itself before it dies. If it were mine, I'd cut off the bloom spike to enjoy in a bud vase, and try to get the plant to start some new growth. Keeping it warm and humid (not wet!) is a start there, and don't lose hope- they can take a while to jump start. (look up 'sphag and bag') As long as there's green, there's hope. Starting a thread asking for help with stressed den might be good to get lots of input from others.

If you just meant that the pseudobulb which produced this bloom spike is leafless and it has another(s) with leaves, I wouldn't worry about it. Old backbulbs will sometimes bloom also- probably for similar reasons. That doesn't affect the other growths.

I have saved several stressy leafless box store and dumpster dens- they come back well with time! Even if it's stressed, you can save it. We'll help you.

Gorgeous flowers.

These usually should have leaves. Some Dendrobiums loose their leaves in the winter and grow new canes with new leaves in the spring/summer. However from the look of the flowers this looks like the sort that should keep some leaves at all times. I might be wrong about that, I can't find it as a registered hybrid so can't check parentage to confirm that.

I've got one that lost all leaves, and it keeps trying to grow again but is significantly weakened and struggles to recover. It's flowered since it lost all leaves. I had two others that lost their leaves at the same time and unfortunately they didn't survive.

I'm not sure what to advise to best get it going again though sorry as I'm still trying to work out what to do with mine.

Thanks. This plant is an antelope type, aka section
spatulata. It came to me in bud after having been abused for two or three months by a neighbor while the owner was ill. At first, there was one leaf-slightly yellow on one cane. It has since dropped off.

antelope type is what I thought. Not usually deciduous.

All I can suggest is to give it the best care you can, and maybe keep out of bright light. I let my healthy dens have quite high light but my recovering one is doing better in phal light.
