I'm late to this thread, but will chime in as the Eulophiinae is one of my favorite groups. I grow as many as I can find, 5-6 Oeceoclades and 15 or so Eulophias, mostly the usual suspects with a few unusual ones, and then there are a couple of common ones I'm missing (E. graminea, E. alta).
Of the 4 JC lists, I've only grown Eulophia petersii (finished flowering just a few weeks ago) and Oeceoclades calcarata. Neither has any special problems or concerns, in my conditions anyway - I use a very coarse medium with quite a bit of fill sand, very little soil, and no bark, though I've seen people grow some of them in bark successfully. Of course they are all greenhouse plants here, but none seem to be bothered by temperatures from 45 F/7 C winter to 105 F/41 C summer.
I see Eulophia petersii at cactus & succulent shows now and then, at what I've always thought were surprisingly high prices given how easy it is to grow. The C&S people often grow it in very high light, right beside their arid succulents, and in the same medium. I think it looks better in a bit less light, high Cattleya to low Vanda, but obviously they will tolerate more. That one I have in an especially coarse medium.
We're in full growth season for Eulophiinae here, with several in flower and more to come, I hope. I have toothpicks ready.
