First, let me say that I'm sorry you shocked and disappointed. I know exactly how that feels, especially when it's from a reputable vender. That is a plant that has been on my wish list for sometime, so I know how difficult it can be to come by.
It is hard to tell from the picture if it is a total loss. If I were you, I would wash each seedling with warm water and remove the dead leaves and roots. Lay the good plants on a sheet of newspaper, as well as the dead stuff on another sheet of newspaper. Use photo documentation, if the amount of "good plants" is less then what the seller promised, I would definitely contact them and send pictures, with hopes of either a replacement flask or refund.
