Hello I'm galih from Indonesia, an ordinary high school student, new here, but I know many things about orchids
Well, I have a dendrobium with quite tall pseudobulb and it had bloomed its flowers for several times. But now I noticed something new there: a pseudobulb grows on the spot where the flowers usually come out. I thought it was keiki but I'm not sure. Can someone tell me about it? Thank you for your help!
Your Dendrobium have canes =(quite tall pseudobulb).... maybe if you have a tag or a name for the plant? I suspect it is a Den Phal=pictures would help us advice you .... a keiki or small baby plant will come out where the bloom spike usually come from. Wait until the roots are at least three inches and you can twist it and bury it with the mother plant. Or you can leave it alone and wait until it produces flowers of its own it can be quite floriferous with the main plant.
