Pseudobulb on pseudobulb of Dendrobium

Hello I'm galih from Indonesia, an ordinary high school student, new here, but I know many things about orchids

Well, I have a dendrobium with quite tall pseudobulb and it had bloomed its flowers for several times. But now I noticed something new there: a pseudobulb grows on the spot where the flowers usually come out. I thought it was keiki but I'm not sure. Can someone tell me about it? Thank you for your help!
