Salut Nenella, je crois que je peut t'aider! I found KLN. Try here: Ebay.fr
It comes from the USA, and I think you pay in dollars, which will give you nearly a 50% discount seeing the exchange rate these days! I will order some soon, once I finish my pot of Rootone.

As an example, right now you can order an 8 oz (236 ml) bottle of K-L-N from me, delivered to France for EUR 14. (I'm guessing it would weigh 1 pound. If it's 2, then it's still under EUR 19)

Now that's very good to know! I would rather buy it from you than from some unknown ebay vendor. You will probably hear from me in a few weeks/months!

Hi Nenella, nothing to apologize for... I just think it is too expensive, especially when buying it in the USA and letting it be posted, is still cheaper...

Ray,
Can you deliver chemichals to Brazil? I'm interested in K-L-N (Superthrieve is available here, but the price is too too much expensive!), Physan-20 and Pro-Tek (some years ago I used Pro-Tek and I saw improvement of the resistance to pests, in addition to improved resistence to heat (what is very wellcome here in Brazil!). The total amount must be under U$ 50.00

Unless your country has rules specifically blocking such stuff, I will ship anywhere.
Back to the subject at hand, I find that if your plants are growing well, the rooting hormones don't add much. If they are stressed culturally, they can help a lot.
