Default Trouble with bloom drop

Hello everyone!
I purchased a Cat. Marjorie Hauserman "York" several months ago from Hauserman's; it arrived with two new growths that immediately put on blooms. Both of the blooms grew well, then right as they were ready to open, they both blasted and fell off. I thought, "Well, it was due to the change in conditions, shipping, etc."; since then it has put up another two growths, each sent out blooms and right before they opened up they both blasted and fell off. I keep the rather high humidity level (70-75%) with a fan (on low) directed at this plant in particular. Between the two new growths forming and blasting, I altered the watering, thinking I was over-watering or under-watering. I use RO water and alternate between fish emulsion and a general University formulation fertilizer (13-3-15-Ca8-Mg2).
Any ideas on what is going on? It is growing under fluorescents and as the new growth looks great and is throwing not only sheaths, but buds, I think it is getting enough light. I am stumped. Usually if I get a bloom to the stage that it is almost open I usually have a blooming plant. In this case, the lip will start to extend and I can see the frills forming, but the petals never extend before the blooms blasts.
Again - suggestion?
Here are some pics - for size reference it is in a 8" plastic pot.

It is one of my favorite orc's, so I really want the blooms - the fragrance is fantastic!
Thanks in advance-
Steve
P.S. - I know it is about time to repot - but every time I have gotten ready to do so, a new shoot is coming on and I hate to set it back. There are three new shoots coming on now, but I will have to just give it a try anyway!

I'm by no means a Catt expert, but I have grown and bloomed out many. Some of the ones I had needed a bit more water as the buds were developing. That plant is so big it may not have a large enough root system to support that amount of foliage as well as flowers. Some of the pbulbs look a bit wrinkled. That's why I'm wondering about more water?

First, "when new growths are just emerging" is the ideal time to repot the plant, and will not set it back.

What's the pH of the solution with the fish emulsion in it, and how much of the MSU do you use when you water?

I will try to increase the water some more when the blooms are forming - Thought I had, but you may be right, it might not be enough.
As for PH - I had not thought of that, because my usage has been fine for all my other orc's. I just use half recommended strength of the fish emulsion, and the MSU in order to keep from using straight RO; I flush every four waterings with straight RO, but I have had fert burn in the past and I have the best luck with this dilution, with my other orc's that is.

You're cattleya may still be adjusting to it's new environment. I find that some catts take longer than others to adjust. Your orchid looks like a large, healthy plant. I would just give it a little more time and see what happens.
