This orchid lost its roots and took a bad fall, I have it in moss but the plant is not doing anything is there anything I can do to help this orchid. It has a leaf that has not grown since it fell, and it had two roots that it started to grow when it was healthy but its been months the leaf and the roots have not grown at all.
In Aus we can get a product called Auxinone, it's a rooting hormone liquid that is brilliant for getting orchids going. Don't know if you can get it there but worth looking in to.
Phals have a growth cycle too. The heaviest growth is seen during the mid-spring to late summer periods. Growth during the rest of the year, in general, is comparatively slower.
Phals are slow growing compared to something like a Masdevallia. You gotta give it time. You could possibly see something happening in the next month, but I wouldn't bet on it.
As far as obtaining auxins are concerned, you could try Phytotech Labs (Home Page - PhytoTechnology) for some.

I have saved phals in that similar condition before.
Putting this plant with no roots on wet moss doesn't do any good. only risk rotting the base.
You definitely have to use rooting hormone. That is the main goal.
In the meantime, you also want to minimize the water loss. No water uptake but look how many leaves there are and how wrinkly they are.
I would trim the leaves in half and then place the plant on barely moist moss and use something to stablize the plant. Cover the whole thing and make a humidity and warmth chamber. Make sure there are a few hole for ventilation.
Within two months or so, you should see some results.
Good luck!
