I follow the EPA recommendations for mold prevention:
Keep indoor humidity low. If possible, keep indoor humidity below 60 percent (ideally between 30 and 50 percent) relative humidity.

Moisture and Mold Prevention and Control Tips
Relative Humidity stays around 48-55% in the daytime in my room. At night relative humidity rises to about 55-60% and I get condensation on my window (because here the temp drops 30-40F at night and the air cools as it hits the window releasing water ), but with the recommendations of the peeps on this thread
I pulled out a small fan from storage to run at night and on hot or watering days and this decreased the dew a lot.
When I am watering, I have a basin of water sitting for about a day sometimes before it is emptied and cleaned. Otherwise, only my butterwort has stagnant water and that's allowed to dry out every 2-3 days.
Haven't had any mold or mildew problems in my room so far.
