Nothing too complicated about it... all you need is a big plastic storage container with a lid. Cut holes in the side then duct tape some gloves into the holes.

Despite what you may think, it doesn't need to be air tight. It just needs to remove any drafts etc that would carry mould and fungus spores.

When using you simply put all your empty flasks, seed, tools etc into the box spray in a liberal coating of bleach then leave for 10 minutes or so. The fumes should do a good job of killing off any contaminants.
