I realize this is very long distance, but you may email Hilltop Orchids in Cloverdale, Indiana, United States - Dick does a LOT of crosses with species phalaenopsis and he probably would mail you some. Does this need the CITES certificate and other relevant paperwork I wonder. He will know. His website is:

He has bred some very beautiful Phalaenopsis AND Paphiopedilum hybrids - one that is almost black! Very nice.
He is a great guy and will assist if possible.
