Tissue culture procedure?

For a research project, I am cloning orchids in many different ways. One of them is going to be via tissue culture. I have full access to my school's lab and lab equipment. I just need a step by step procedure on how to do a tissue culture on an orchid. If you've done this before, know someone who has, or have a procedure for a tissue culture. Please let me know.

What kind of orchid are you trying to tissue culture?
i can help with Phalaenopsis if you have all the hormones and tissue culture media your going to need.

yes! Phalaenopsis is what I'm trying to do. I've looked everywhere for a procedure! It would be great to receive your help! I could get the hormones and media I need if you tell me what they are. Thank you so much!

No problem i can give you a link to a study that has a protocol in it and a bunch of other info or i can just tell you how i do it.

it might be good to read a couple of the studies though because it shows you how the plants react to a wide array of different media supplements.

heres another method that is much faster and uses leaf tips. i haven't ever tried it personally though...
