Unhappy dieing orchid

I think my poor plant is dying I put it in a vase so I could do vase culture. The two roots I had on the plant before I did the vase culture had to be cut off because they died, now there is no roots on it other than one small one and my leaves have gone all floppy and wrinkled. Anyway I am thinking I am going to put the plant in a small plastic cup and put holes in the bottom of the cup and repot it. Is this what I should do? I don't know what else to do for the poor plant.

You could pot it up again; if it doesn't have roots anymore, it really wouldn't matter much.

The more ideal thing to do is to place the rootless Phal in a humid environment and hope it doesn't die.

I'm not necessarily recommend the Sphag and Bag technique specifically, but I'm recommending that you could use several similar techniques without having to do Sphag and Bag. The important unifying aspect of Sphag and Bag and similar techniques is placing the orchid in a humid environment and hoping that it will pull through.

If you're wondering what I mean, here are some examples...

Instead of using a bag, you could use:

1. An unused tupperware.

2. An unused salad bowl.

ok so do you think I should repot it and give it a more humid environment or leave it in the vase and give it a more humid environment.

I probably wouldn't do vase culture on something like a Phal; but that's me.

I really don't even have to do vase culture on Vandas. I've done just fine growing them potted.
