Actual spiders are one thing, spider mites are quite another. Personally, I'd wipe it down and make sure all the spiders are gone for now. If you don't see spotting or dark spots on the leaves now, you're probably good to go. If you see discoloration in the future, then there may be an issue.
For now, and this goes with all new plants, isolate for a few weeks and observe the plant carefully . It helps I'd keeping unwanted pests away from devestating your current collection. Call it a security measure , lol... Personally, I'm not always so good doing that though!
