Has anyone tried or heard of someone try a phalaenopsis flower bud tissue culture??
I was wondering if anyone has successfully used a flower bud from a phalaenopsis as the explant for tissue culture?
any information would be greatly appreciated, i have searched extensively but cant seem to find an answer

Flower spike tip, yes. Bud, probably not, as the meristematic tissue has already begun to differentiate.
