I wouldn't consider 40-60% humidity to be low.

You could grow a lot of orchids with that

Lockhartia should work, has different kind of leaves, and nice yellow tassel flowers, as well as Diplocaulobium; flowers only last a single day, but with multiple flowers it puts up a nice display. Just had 10 flowers last week again, now has at least 11 buds in a 2" clay pot :-). Ludisia has interesting leaf pattern.
Have a look at Andy's website. Lots of unusual stuff there.

The Memphis Botanic Gardens has a few of these. Not sure if they are ready to divide. If you are interested, I can check.

There are lot's of Dendrobiums that if you can find would be nice. Den longucorni is a really cool looking bloom, someone mentioned the cynocentrum; it has really nice crystalline blooms with a purlple throat.Or maybe easier to get your hands on is Ceratosylis phillipinensis; an orchid with grasslike leaves and it kind of grows in a clump. Nice white flowers. I have all these, although I'm struggling with the cynocentrum right now.

Check out Porpax lanii, or meirax, or probably any other Porpax. Tiny, pseudobulbs like green M&Ms with gold netting, flowers right out of Little Shop of Horrors, leaves often deciduous. Warm, humid, low light. On my short list for a new terrarium of minis I'm thinking about.

Stanhopea are really nice and unusual, they flower out the bottom of the basket and smell amazing.

Also maxillaria tenufolia are nice, they smell like sweet coconut and vanilla, really strong for the small flowers

I agree with samarak: some Oeceoclades species are absolutely weird with their foliage and appearance,
The plant aspect of Dendrobium cucumerianum and Pleurothallis dilemma (for the cooler more humid edge) is also very unusual.

Unfortunately not ready to divide. Maybe next year or the year after.
