dieing orchid

I think my poor plant is dying I put it in a vase so I could do vase culture. The two roots I had on the plant before I did the vase culture had to be cut off because they died, now there is no roots on it other than one small one and my leaves have gone all floppy and wrinkled. Anyway I am thinking I am going to put the plant in a small plastic cup and put holes in the bottom of the cup and repot it. Is this what I should do? I don't know what else to do for the poor plant.
