If he doesn't have it, maybe you could ask if he knows anyone who does.

Hello people... I wasn't on a forum for I while but I didn't forgot the ghost orchid... I still haven't found any source which is sending flasks or plants worldwide... I'm sure that one day, I will own this wonderful thing but until then, I can only wait, and try to get more of other orchids...

Ghost Orchid
Well, I'm a complete newbie, but I'm trying the ghost orchid here on the WA coast. This orchid was a present from someone who really doesn't know anything about orchids, but has a kind heart and knows I'm an enthusiast, so I'm somewhat determined to do the right thing by this one. I've had suggestions from others, but would appreciate any info. Our weather tends to be mild (Intermeditae, not Warm), with about 60% humidity.
So far, I'm seeing some tiny new green nubs on the end of the roots, nothing choking or dying. However, there is no way I can keep this orchid much warmer or higher humidity on the coast - I don't use special lighting, spraying, humidity, etc. I'm strictly a "natural" house grower. I've looked at assorted terrariums, etc. but am at a loss as to what to do next. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!
