Jayfar, once again I can certainly sympathize. Thisnisnreally messed up on the website. The subscription is really $50 and they charge $8.50 for postage on the 4 disks...the original plus 3 update disks. I still suggest that you call and order it for safety. The darn web store is so messed up that I certainly won't try to defend it. Believe me, no matter what it says, there is nothing known as AQPlus On line unless it happens in the past 3 days..it's OrchidsPlus as it says on the web tab.

Well, I finally figured it out. I had to log out, re-log in, and then I saw the option to Edit Profile. And also to purchase, cough-cough, AQPlus online. I went ahead with the purchase, and cough-cough, it denied my credit card. Its a new one and my wife insisted its been activated. So, I'm glad it didn't go through...
So, $8,50 to ship a few dics 20 miles,,,,, REALLY??
Going to work, I'll call tomorrow to order it.

BUT, the web tab is not operational, and the programs are NOT in the shopping cart. You have to go into your personal settings, to manage add ons....
Geez, is it really that difficult?
Apparently so...

OK Ants you are starting to get silly. First postage in the United States is not charged according to distance. A recent AQPlus disk sent to me was $1.91 postage. It would be the same for you.
As to AQPlus being advertised...I told you repeatedly that there is a transition and that AQPlus is transitioning to OrchidsPlus and that OrchidsPlus is a beta release. So you buy AQPlus and get both. I don't find anything humorous about that. This organization just moved at the end of March. There are a lot of screwed up things including issues with the web site. Frankly I find them infuriating but in fairness they are being addressed. I admit they should never have occurred so they shouldn't need addressing at all, but they are what they are. I have registered my displeasure. register yours.

Molly, I was just having fun, and didn't mean to disparage the AOS organization. That still doesn't clear up the misunderstanding of the websites Online/Offline reference.
I will be calling in my order tomorrow, and might so far as recommend others do the same in the interim.
Regards, Brady

Brady if you are going to call it in, don't wait until tomorrow. You won't get anyone on Saturday.
