I add 2 oz(us) of subculture B and 1 cup of blackstrap molasses to 25 gal.'s of water and brew it over night @ 72 f. I mist it on to my seedling and mounted plants and after that I use a water breaker to water potted plants. Most of the brew gos on my garden plants.... I probably only use 10 gal.'s on my orchids.
I applyed it once a week for three weeks then every other week for a month, and right now since the weather is warmer and I can control the watering, I use it once a month. As the weather gets colder and wetter I'll probably go back to every other week. Remind you this is for my orchids in inorganic media and mounted plants. My terra plants get it every week with along with a myco product every three months with organic fertilizers just like my garden plants.
I have not tryed Subculture M but do use a myco product from Plant Sucess that is similar. Subculture M is for soil applications and is better applyed in powdered form in the soil. Fungi prefer to propagate in soil.
