Question Flask International Shipping
It's my understanding that orchids in flask do not require phytosanitary or cites.

Is that correct? I'm looking at a flask from Germany.

Could anyone give me the particulars?

flasks require phytosanitary certificates, but are not covered by cites.
what flask were you thinking about getting?

Here is a link to an AOS article about importing which says that CITES is not required for flasks http://www.chaoticexotics.biz/importing.pdf
I believe there are others on here like Ron Hanko who have more experience and can help. When I was considering it, I emailed USDA for advice.
