CO2 Enrichment

I have seen South Americans smoke fruit bearing trees...they sweep the ground for dead leaves and debris to form small mounds and set fire to it...the smoke hasten the flowering and bearing fruits of the trees...it also drives away the bugs and mosquitos.
This method is illegal in the USA due to forest fires. Smoking / creating fire inside an enclosed greenhouse is maybe also dangerous...
