Thanks Ray, Silken and Cody. I too, am very interested in this product, but wonder if it's allowed into Canada. Could you let us know Ray?

I can't see why it couldn't come into Canada as we get MSU and seaweed fertilizers.

Chryss - No, I do not take PayPal. My own credit card handler charges me less then they do.
Silken and you all in Canada - I have absolutely no idea if it would be allowed into the country, but I suspect so. Shipped via the USPS, it gets less inspection, anyway. (By the way, my ancestry - half of it anyway - is from the Battlefords area.)
Concerning the ro/well water thing - this is formulated to be used with either. The seaweed extract itself has a fairly low pH - mid-4's - but the fertilizer will buffer the solution in RO.
Tucker - Thanks. I used to think it was mostly myth, but have seen the error in my ways. Heck, I learned that every NFL stadium having natural turf uses it to get the grass reestablished faster, and that's a pretty good indicator in my mind.
As I did not mention it earlier - I recommend two tablespoons per gallon, used every two weeks.

The Battlefords is only about 1 1/2 hours away from Saskatoon where I live! You're almost family then

Ray,
You spoke of finding different varieties of seaweed having better potential than others for application on orchids. Without violating your new product info, could you comment on the potency of Ascophyllum nodosum?

I'm curious did you do the extraction yourself? If so what method are you, or do you use to extract the compounds. I am very curious, I like to know how things are made as well as work. (I understand if you want to keep your species or formula under wraps, I'm just interested in the general method)

I'm afraid that 1) I'm no expert, and 2) there are so many variables - how it's harvested, stored, prepared, processed, etc. - that its potency can vary from product to product.
