I wasn't expecting a species by species account (I knew that was a tall order), but rather general patterns (section X of alliance Y has member Q that is short/long day). It's great that it also includes temperature info.

I dont do any less than 16 hours of light a day indoors ever and do know 24/7 prevents some reactions that occur only in the dark from happening regardless of wheter or not it affects blooming so 24/7 is not helpfull in the long run ....most orchids actually bloom according to dry wet season triggers which does not mean day lenght does not have a effect on some but cool hot and wet dry are the main triggers for tropical plants for sure.but tropical does not always mean equatorial ...south america is not equatorial is it? and many come from there ...

It would be a great service if you could list all of the orchids that you flower under these conditions . How many do you have?

lol 45 or 50 dens catts and phaius but ill see if I cant do a list of what has bloomed so far ...a lot are still too young to bloom but at least 16 have or are blooming in winter like this...including den aggeratum and den nestor and dendrobium pierardii...the last two with out a rest period as well
