Default So What's in Your Growing Area?

Haven't been around much.... lots of sad stuff on my plate. A trip to the greenhouse sort of .... kind of was nice. So what is going on in your growing area.... well, WHAT! These are just "me too" pictures... so no comments on quality....please.

Oh my! What is the name of the plant on the last picture with blooms looking like tiny shoes from Holland? I really want one now.

I've posted this before and last year's bloom is in the 2012 OB calender. It is Bulbophyllum frostii and was taken today. Thanks for asking.

Thanks.... time has a way of healing sad days in our lives. The golden cattleya has 3 other blooms that are hidden and its name is Lc Oriental Splendor x Lc Flirtie. I've posted it in past years. It is one of a few of my reliable bloomers. Again, thanks.

Those are some beautiful orchids! My growing area is kind of quiet right now.

Lovely additions to the parade! My growing area is pretty quiet too. A few spikes of this and that but not much for blooms.

Great pics! Love the second one.

Nothing with my chids worth posting pics for. However, I do have the following in spike:

Vanda Pachara Delight (2 spikes!)
Vanda TMA Red
Oncidium NOID (looks like Sweet Sugar)
Phal NOID (my fav little Phal)

Nice blooms Doc, I missed you around here. I remember your 'holland shoe orchid' from before, I always wanted to get one since I live in the Netherlands!
Hopefully all their colorful faces cheer you up a bit, sorry to hear you're having a rough time.
