So I bought, very cheaply, flint glass from a guy on craigslist and wasn't sure what I would do with it besides make hotbeds for my vegetable garden. Well, I have some orchids that need some help and a more humid environment than, like yesterday, we had 9% humidity. So I cleaned it up and used silicone to fasten it together and to make it water tight. This is what I came up:
The two sides are higher than the adjoining two so that I can place a top piece of glass on the entire thing to regulate airflow and humidity. I'll be stocking this thing tomorrow with the plants that need the most help.
More pics to come but it's late and I'm a very sleepy guy.
