Default Seedling advice needed!

I ordered orchid seedlings from alwaysorchidlabs.com and they got to me within a timely manner and very healthy, i transplanted them into community pots with shagnum moss and water, they are also in a humidity dome in 85-90 degrees but some of the paphiopedilum seedlings are starting to get yellow leaves.. the cattleyas are doing great though, should i seperate or change the temp, water more and if so how much? any help would be greatly appreciated! thank you!!

I would lower your temps to 75 - 80F and keep the humidity to around 70 - 75%. Keep plenty of air moving around them and you could if you wanted to put clear plastic cups over the compots just to help keep in the humidity. Make a couple of holes in the plastic cups for ventilation. I feed my phals and paphs with half strength feed with seaweed extract in there too to encourage root growth. Keep checking for rotting leaves and keep some powdered cinnamon at hand in case of fungal infections. since I potted mine into their first pots they are romping away like crazy.

Thank you very much! This is my first time dealing with seedlings and its all very new to me! I adore them though, they are so cute and little! I was wondering about the cinnamon powder, could i put a tiny bit on them to prevent any infections and i was wondering about what wattage the h.p.s. light is supposed to be?

Never use anything as a 'just in case'. If it isn't suffering from rot there's no need to add anything. I have two 15Watt bulbs that heat my seedlings and one of them goes off after 18 hours and it seems to be enough for mine to be thriving.
