I found mine, its doing great, in a wooden basket, strong light even a little direct sun, I water mine almost daily. Its planted in the basket tightly and drains real well. Fertilize with peters 20-20-20- and seaweed weekly weakly. No blooms yet

Gram scriptum needs bright light (not full sunlight all day, especially in strong sunlight areas). The big flat leaves could burn in all day full sunlight. It needs warm temps & lots of water when it is very warm.
BUT ... as the plants become larger, the rootball becomes huge & it can hold lots of moisture. That's why the advice about growing in a wooden basket. If the rootball gets large & stays wet, it will rot. So give water, but make sure it drains well. After the 6" pot size, don't even use any media, just stick the plant into a large basket, a clay or concrete pot, or an 8"x16" concrete building block for weight.
The abundant white aerial roots or rootlike structures are an attractive feature of the plant.
In Florida, watch out for the constant summer rains. With enough light, Gram scriptum should bloom in July.

Grammatophyllum scriptum martae elegans care instructions
here is a tutorial on these. The leopard scriptum (often it is scriptum x martae being sold from Hawaii) blooms in early spring. They are blooming now for me in Florida.
The green variety blooms later in early fall. I usually have them in September.

The genus name is spelled G R A M M A T O P H Y L L U M. It'll make finding info on them much easier for you.
A Cymbidium relative.
Indirect bright light; kinda like Cattleya or Vanda bright.
Believe it or not, this behemoth is actually an epiphyte.

After i thought about your post "but is not doing to good" I thought that you may be having leaves turn yellow to brown and fall off. Sometimes they are soft and almost transparent before dieing.
This happens to me in about 1 in 20 plants when I buy blooming plants from Hawaii. It is more common when they bloom early in the year where our temperatures are much cooler at night than Hawaii.
The plants will shed leaves when the temperatures drop.
The good news is that the plant will then put up new growth. The plant is healthy and recovers quickly. I have one now with 50 flowers and no leaves. As soon as the flowers finish they will grow new pseudobulbs. Notice on the tutorial how the old bulbs may rot and still not harm the plant.
As to light when I do the Fairchild International show in March I put these in full sun for the weekend to demonstrate the high light they like. The leaves will be damaged in full sun during the summer.
For fertilizer I use about a tablespoon of Floritan (6 month water released) slow release fertilizer about every three months. We never get 6 months with our summer rains.

I will be at the Fruit and Spice Park for the Redlands show, my booth is number 5
In just the last two days since I made the post about leaves, the Gram with no leaves grew a new 6 inch pseudobulb
