From the picture it is near impossible to ID because we/I don't see enough of the flower and it is rather under-exposed. It appears to be a white/yellow flower maybe with some spots on the dorsal. Maybe someone who really know Paphs will be able to do better. I guess you could contact them and send an attachment with the picture and they might be able to give you a name.
