Gram Tiger Paw

Hi everyone,
My Grammatophyllum Tiger Paw has been the pride of my greenhouse - very healthy and stunning looking plant! For the first time this year it went into bloom -6 spikes! All of a sudden now the leaves turned stripy yellow, one of the spikes went all soggy & black and the pseudobulbs all seem to be turning soft. It is also dropping buds. Any idea what this could be? PLEASE HELP
