Cattleya night time temps in California? Female
Default

BIUA
I live in Oceanside, Ca. My 12 x 18' greenhouse has a Home Depot style electric heater, 3000 BTU, 220V. The thermostat is set for 68 degrees during the day and 55 for nights. The orchid collection is mixed from cool to hot growing orchids, the location of plants arranged according to the mini climates in the greenhouse. Placing several thermometers around the greenhouse will help determine where those mini climates are .
