Based on my very limited experience deflasking seedlings, I'd suggest that you'll see better survival rates by leaving as many of the plants close together on the mount as possible (like in a compot). Plants this small seem to benefit from the micro-climate created by having others of their kind nearby. You'll also get less physical damage by leaving them in clumps and 'fiddling' with them less. Beyond that, I don't have a clue how to grow these babies... Good luck!
