The fogger hardly comes on in the winter: it is on a hygrostat at 50-60% and on a timer ensuring it can only be on in the morning. I would have needed to water the greenhouse anyway and switched the fogger on for an hour instead (in the morning). Mainly as an experiment on the Physan.
Of course in some ways this is much less efficient than watering: leaves and the substrate surface get wet. But with 3 fans and a heater everything dries within 3 hours. But ideal to spread chemicals around the greenhouse evenly.
With my normal settings the fogger only comes on for a a few minutes a day, a bit more when the heater is running all the time and dries the air excessively. That happens, because I mainly grow intermediate to warm plants: night temp 18C, day 24C. When it is cold outside and there is little sun, the heater is on a lot dessicating plants.
