phal lueddemanniana crown rot
I have a phal lueddemanniana that I purchased about a year ago. The main plant was in fact a basal keiki that had outgrown the original plant, which had presumably suffered from crown rot. The basal keiki is itself now suffering from crown rot.
I have cut away all the diseased tissue, and what remains is basically the original plant (without any remaining parts of the keiki) - one old leaf and some healthy roots. What are the chances that I'll get another basal keiki out of it?
I have some keiki paste if that will help.
