A question for the Paph experts

Last year I bought a Paph Supersuk X Raisin Pie, which I think is Hsinying Alien. There were two different plants in the pot, which I separated when I repotted. They're both growing very strangely now. Both new growths are producing 'stems' with leaves on top. There also seem to be root nubbins forming on the stems. Ant ideas as to what is going on, and what I should do would be most appreciated.
