Thailand Orchid trip coming up soon

Any Orchid suggestions?

I'll be looking for Jewel Orchids not available in the states, I have a pretty extensive species list that I'm taking with me. Mostly Anoectochilus sp.

The plans are to hit as many markets as possible while there.

Any non jewels that I should be looking for while I'm there?

FYI this is a seed and specimen trip, not full grown potted plants of course.

Interesting.......

The Cheirostylis appears to be a Jewel Orchid or an extremely close relative, similar to Goodyera. Habenaria seems very close as well.

Looks like some nice choices, with a number of species to choose from. All added to my list.

Your last line intrigues me, not because I would bring back endangered species without proper permits, but BECAUSE you said it

I've still got 48 hours to Google Orchids of Thailand and figure them out. At the very least, I'd like to actually SEE some of these while the opportunity presents itself.
