WHAT'S IN A NAME?

Hi peeps,

I ordered the following orchid from SBOE:

Laelia anceps var. alba 'Silver Medal', SM/MOS at Santa Barbara Orchid Estate

Now, when the staff emailed me to confirm the order, the employee informed me that this Laelia is now named:

L. anceps v. alba 'Sterling Dickenson' SM/MOS

Can someone verify this?

I want the plant but I want the Silver Medal. I want to make sure what I'm getting before I shell out the $$.
